Connect is billed per order ingested and per customer record received, plus a flat monthly fee per active connection. The per-order charge covers the processing and parsing of every order that flows into Platopus — the work that makes every other product possible. The connection fee covers maintaining the live link to your order provider around the clock. If you have locations with multiple connections — for example, a Syrve connection for pos orders and a Deliveroo connection for delivery — and each active connection is billed separately. If your Aggregator orders come in via a connection, for instance Deliveroo connected directly to Vita Mojo, you’ll only pay for the Vita Mojo connection with us.
