A catering order is a different kind of commitment. It's placed days in advance, and before it goes out you'll probably take two calls about it — a different delivery time, meet the customer at reception. It needs forty-seven individually labelled boxes, each with the right allergen information, and it has to arrive at a corporate office looking like your brand, not like it came from a generic caterer. Most order platforms can take the booking. Almost none of them help you actually fulfil it.
